Delivery & returns
How much is delivery?
We deliver door-to-door across South Africa. Delivery is free on orders of R950 and over. Smaller orders pay a flat courier fee of R70 to R90, shown at checkout before you pay.
When will my order arrive?
We pack orders within 1 to 2 working days. After collection, couriers take about 2 to 3 working days to main centres and 2 to 5 working days to outlying areas.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is booked with the courier, we email a tracking number to the address you used at checkout.
What if something isn't right?
Email us with your name, order number and a short note about the issue. Once your return is approved, we cover the courier cost of sending your replacement to you, and you cover the cost of sending the original parcel back to us.
